What we collect

• Business contact details published by companies (company name, website, listed email, city, industry).
• The content of the emails you send us, and the dates of our exchanges.
• The demos run in your browser: what you type there stays on your device and is not sent to us.

This site uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools.

Why

To introduce our services to businesses whose trade fits them, answer your questions and follow up on our exchanges. We never sell or rent your information.

Who processes it

Our technical providers: website hosting, database, email and automation tools. Some are located outside Québec, including in the United States; we choose providers that protect data adequately. Automated tools help us sort the replies we receive; a person always reads them before answering.

How long

At most two years after our last exchange, or less if you ask.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@brasdroitpme.com. To stop receiving our emails, see the Unsubscribe page. You may also contact Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.
